New this year, 2025! In order to qualify for High Point at the end of the year, 4 hours of
volunteer time will need to be recorded. Please get in touch with our volunteer
coordinator to schedule a time that will work with your schedule. We are always
needing help to set up, take down, and transport obstacles from A-B, etc. There
are many other things we need help with also. Just ask where you can be the
most helpful. We can't do all of our work without our team of lovely riders and

To qualify for High Point Year End Awards, you must 1) be a HCWE member, 2) log at least four volunteer hours, and 3) compete in a minimum of two shows, schooling and/or licensed*.
*Licensed shows have a coefficient of 1.5
